La La Pathways
La La Pathways is a pilot initiative that creates an inclusive pathway to workforce success — ensuring all individuals, regardless of ability, have access to the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive professionally and personally.
Building on the foundation of mentorship, real-world experience, and compassionate support rooted in the La La Workforce Development Program, La La Pathways cultivates stronger, more equitable outcomes for our community.
This initiative is implemented in partnership with Tierra del Sol, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities through vocational training, employment, and life skills development.
Program Benefits
- Paid Internship: Participants will engage in a structured internship, gaining practical work experience in a supportive environment.
- Job Placement Assistance: Support in identifying and securing employment opportunities aligned with the participant's skills and interests.
- Access to Resources: Provision of resources and other community support systems.
