La La Land Foundation Scholarship
The LaLa Land Foundation Scholarship is dedicated to empowering current and former foster youth as they pursue higher education, vocational training, and certificate programs.
We recognize the unique challenges that foster youth face, and we are committed to removing barriers that stand in the way of their success. This scholarship provides more than financial support — it offers access to education, tools, and resources that help young people discover their potential and build a brighter future.

About the Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
5 Scholarships Awarded
Funds may be used for:
- Tuition and fees
- Books and supplies
- Certification
- Housing and living expenses (if applicable to attending school)
Eligibility
- Age: 17 and 25 years old at the time of application,
- Foster Care Experience: Must be currently in or have aged out of the foster care system
- Residency: Resident of Texas, California or Tennessee
- Education: Enrolled or planning to enroll in a 2- or 4-year college/university, trade
school, or accredited certificate program - GPA: Minimum 2.0 GPA (if applicable – accommodations can be made for nontraditional transcripts)
- Need: Demonstrated financial need (can include housing insecurity,
transportation, etc.)
